How to download your email into your Google Mail account

If you dont want to check multiple email accounts, and you mainly use Google mail then its easy for you to add your new email account we provide you into your google settings, so all your email is delivered to your google account, here is how you do it: Login to your Google Account and go to > Settings Click on the tab: Accounts and Import Click the button "Add POP3 email account" Put in your email address and click next in the username box put in your main email address (not your alias) In the password put your email password The pop server will be mail.yourdomain.com (but this will probably be already fillied in for you) The port should be 110 Do NOT put a tick in the SSL option Click Add Account Next page choose Yes for sending mail from this account, click next Add your name, click next You now need to select the option to send through Google Mail (easier to setup) and click save changes
